After 20 years of providing chauffeured transportation in Topeka and the Kansas City metro area, we've seen this play out more times than we can count. A couple calls us in February for a May wedding, and we have to deliver the news that our vehicles are already committed that day. It's one of the worst conversations to have, and it's almost always avoidable.
